We are currently looking for experienced club and
county players to join our growing feathers only club and play
matches for the season of 2008 - 2009.
We have teams in the Hertford Area League Premier
Division, Biggleswade League Div 1 and are entering a team in the Herts
County League.
We have a resident Personal Trainer to help players
improve their fitness for badminton, and can also offer coaching .

Badminton for 17-19 Year Olds
Pay and Play £3 with BE Level 2 coach present
Wednesdays 8-10pm
We have two sections:
1 Mainly ex-county players, we provide the opportunity for them
meet, continue to play with their friends and represent Herts in the U19
team
2. Weaker players who would like to improve but at the same time
play with others of a similar age.
We have a Level 2 coach to help these players.

Comets Junior Badminton Club - new Tuesday Sessions
6-7pm at Herts Sports Village
All levels welcome. This is an extension to the Comets JBC Sunday sessions for those 11- 17 years old who want badminton earlier in the week instead of, or as well as, at the weekend. Comets JBC is a BADMINTON England Premier club.

Comets Badminton Club (formerly Gosling) is the largest senior club in Hertfordshire with over 60 members. Based at the newly built Hertfordshire Sports Village in Hatfield, it is easily accessible from the A1M, A414 and M25.
CBC is currently looking for new members to play in our twelve County and South West Herts league teams.
The club runs throughout the year with
club nights on Thursdays (8-10pm) and Sundays (7-9pm) and matches on

We are a BADMINTON England affiliated club, run 6 teams in various local and County badminton leagues, and are seeking to introduce some "new blood" (to keep everyone on their toes, so to speak) !!
We play at Merchant Taylors School, Sandy Lane, Northwood where we have the use of 4 excellent courts every Tuesday evening from 8pm to 11pm. (Club nights re-commence on Tuesday August 2nd).

Harpenden Badminton Club - for adults and juniors
Are you able to play badminton to a reasonable standard and looking for a club to join?
Harpenden Badminton Club meets on Tuesdays from September to Easter, at Harpenden Sports Centre from 7.45. We field 2 men's, 2 mixed and a ladies' team in the South West Herts League and had a very successful 2001-2 season - our 1st men's, ladies and two mixed teams all won their divisions. We would particularly welcome new lady members. There is also a junior section which meets on Saturdays 6 to 7pm.
