This year all teams were able to play each other and there was some great games with skill level visibly improving throughout the day.
Thanks to the many District coaches, Team managers and volunteers behind the scenes before and on the day and particularly Tournament Organiser Barbara Lewczynska and Tournament Scorer Gill Bartlett the event ran very smoothly. Thanks to the tournament computer program, by Bob Green, players interest in the rankings could be frequently satisfied.
At the end Gobi Ranganathan (international wheelchair badminton gold medallist) and Colin Jackson provided a brief demonstration match urged on by the watching crowd of participants and parents.
